Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Market Development: Learn and familiarize yourself with the characteristics of the company’s consumer medical products. Formulate regional sales strategies based on product features and the traits of target consumer markets, and arrange the development of local institutions as well as the signing of relevant agreements.

2.Customer Management: Maintain relationships with top regional distributors, drive product sales and long-term cooperation. Complete the entire sales process in accordance with work standards and annual performance targets, and achieve sustainable development of customers within the region.

3.Market Insight: Gain an in-depth understanding of local compliance policies and market dynamics, grasp the latest local sales information, provide a strategic basis for regional business development, and submit various data reports required by the company in accordance with regulations.

Product Launch & Promotion: Formulate product launch plans, lead doctor training programs, KOL collaborations, academic conferences and terminal marketing activities, improve product market share, and monitor market feedback.


Qualifications:


1.At least 2 years of overseas sales experience (prioritizing candidates with experience in Mainland China, Southeast Asia and Europe; followed by North America and South America), with excellent language communication skills.

2.Possess experience in KA customer sales, the ability to quickly develop markets and close deals, as well as channel recruitment experience; understand the local access processes for aesthetic injection products, aesthetic equipment and medical devices.

3.Fluent in English (required for coordinating with overseas manufacturers on technical documents and meeting channel partners’ requirements), with professional proficiency in local languages for business communication.
