Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant bilingual learning community in Beijing's Chaoyang District. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and academically rigorous classroom environment for primary school students. This role involves delivering a comprehensive curriculum, fostering students' holistic development, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and contributing positively to the school community.

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.

Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Maintain effective communication and build strong partnerships with parents, including through regular conferences and reports.

Collaborate actively with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and specialists to support student learning and school initiatives.

Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events as required.

Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Annual Salary: A competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Contract Completion Bonus: RMB 20,000 (pre-tax) per academic year.

Performance-Based Bonus: Up to RMB 10,000 (pre-tax) per year.

Housing: Provided with a furnished on-campus apartment OR a monthly housing allowance of RMB 8,800.

Relocation Allowance: A one-time payment of RMB 10,000.

Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage for the employee; optional coverage available for dependents.

Visa Sponsorship: Full support and coverage for the work permit and residence permit (Z-visa) application for the employee.

Flight Reimbursement: One-way economy class airfare to Beijing for the employee and one dependent. A return flight is provided after completion of one full year of service.

Tuition Benefit: Full tuition waiver for up to two dependent children at Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy.
