Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas key clients, providing daily account support including data analysis, project updates, requirement alignment, reporting, and strategic recommendations;

Gain a strong understanding of the company’s technology and data capabilities, and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions, including customized SaaS implementations and ad hoc reporting;

Collaborate closely with internal product and R&D teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful execution.

Qualifications:

5–8 years of relevant experience; background in martech areas such as social listening, content marketing, or SCRM is a strong plus;

Solid understanding of overseas social media platforms and data-driven marketing, with experience in beauty or FMCG industries preferred;

Familiar with social listening research methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
