Position Responsibilities:

1、Assist the EHS Head in implementing, optimizing, and updating system frameworks and procedures. This includes the execution and continuous improvement of the company's environmental, occupational health, and safety policies, objective & responsibility systems, and various rules and regulations.

2、Be responsible for the certification and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Systems. Oversee the standardized disposal and monitoring of hazardous waste and general waste materials across all locations.

3、Conduct EHS risk identification, assessment, and control exercises biannually. Organize the signing of EHS target responsibility documents with subsidiaries and ensure the implementation of EHS objective management.

4、Execute the annual EHS action plan to ensure thorough implementation. Organize occupational health training, maintain and improve occupational health records, and arrange regular health check-ups.

5、Supervise the normal operation of safety, environmental protection, and health protection facilities within the plant area. Organize regular safety inspections to identify and eliminate potential hazards.

6、Organize base-level EHS meetings, coordinate EHS knowledge training, and manage emergency response drills for accidents.

7、Inspect the company's safety equipment, fire-fighting appliances, power distribution rooms, etc., to ensure they are in normal working condition. Participate in investigations of equipment, safety, and personal injury incidents.

8、Lead daily and major holiday EHS inspections for base personnel. Identify hazards, propose corrective actions, issue rectification notices, and supervise the implementation of corrective measures.

9、Be responsible for the regular collection, statistics, and analysis of environmental data (including the "three wastes" and hazardous waste), occupational health record management, safety management data, and investment in hazard remediation.

10、Strictly implement safety tasks such as training, inspections, and hidden hazard investigation & management. Strengthen on-site safety patrols to ensure a closed-loop process for rectification and assist in the improvement of the safety management system.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1、Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference given to majors in Environmental Science, Safety Technology & Management, or related fields.

2、Experience: Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in the manufacturing industry, with the ability to work independently in this role.

3、Certifications: Holder of a Certified Safety Engineer license. Systematic EHS course training required; ESG training experience is a plus.

4、Skills: Strong verbal communication and coordination abilities. Excellent teamwork spirit and collaborative skills. Proficient in office software and relevant professional software.

5、Language: Proficiency in English for daily communication is preferred.
