BE Academy focuses on providing students with elite private tutoring services from outstanding foreign teachers located both locally in China and around the world. We prepare students for life at schools and universities abroad by providing tuition in a wide-range of individual subjects as well as preparation for entrance examinations such as the IELTS and TOEFL, among others. We also perform mock interviews and help students adjust to the different teaching methods of the western education system.

Our mission is to educate all students interested in learning academic subjects in English, gaining entrance at a foreign or international school, or those seeking help in a number of other subjects, all of which are taught entirely in English.

Job Profile:

BE Education is a professional education company based in China that provides international education services. Our students are usually aged between 9 and 16 years old and follow either the UK, US or an international curriculum. The end goal for the majority of our students is to study abroad in the UK/US, with our tuition department increasing students’ academic performance in their current international schools or helping them prepare for entrance exams to overseas schools. We support our students' development by offering one-to-one and small group class tuition in English and other subject-specific preparation for entrance examinations.

We are looking for tutors who have strong academic background and are familiar with UK/US/International curriculum, and those who are passionate about their chosen specialism and want to convey that to their students. Tutors are responsible for providing the highest level of face-to-face/online tutoring service to student age between 8 to 17 years old.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

−Prepare individualized lesson plans and contents upon students’ abilities and intended outcomes.

−Deliver science subject-specific lessons across a range of qualification types and levels, in day or evening classes.

−Monitor, assess students learning progress.

−Answer student questions and mark their workt hat are related to the lesson contents.−Prepare written study plan, reports and submit them in a timely manner.−Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

EQUIREMENTS

−Native English speakers from major English-speaking countries preferred.

−Bachelor’s degree or above.

−At least 1 year’s regular tutoring experience in the specific subject.

−Sufficient knowledge of UK/US education system and curriculum(Key Stages, GCSE/IGCSE, A-Level, IB and AP) a science major plus.

In addition, we prefer tutors possessing below qualities:

−Able to deliver classes in fun and creative ways.

−Experience of working in a multicultural environment.

−Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

−Highly organized and punctuality.Stable monthly schedules preferred.

−Work well under pressure and highly motivated, with the ability to face challenges.

−Teaching certificates (TEFL, CELTA) preferred

Benefit:

Salary Range :

250 - 400 CNY /Hour
