Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for launching and supporting projects and campaigns in overseas markets, with a primary focus on community management—building and expanding a core user base to drive broader market penetration.

2. Deeply understand the product and create high-quality, shareable content that resonates with audiences across various channels.

3. Address negative feedback and brand-related concerns across community channels in a timely and professional manner, helping to maintain a positive reputation and user trust.

4. Manage and engage community members effectively, implementing creative tactics to encourage users to adopt the product and actively participate in word-of-mouth referrals.

5. Leverage trending topics to craft content aligned with the brand and product, while regularly planning and executing interactive campaigns to enhance fan engagement, expand audience reach, and grow the follower base.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key community members and high-value users, handling one-on-one conversations in a professional and supportive way.


Qualifications:

1. At least 2+ years of experience in community management, with hands-on expertise in operating platforms like Whatsapp, X and Instagram.

2. Strong awareness of social media trends and a deep understanding of the European and American markets—able to identify and connect with target audiences effectively.

3. Excellent English writing skills, capable of crafting engaging content that highlights the product’s unique value for widespread dissemination.

4. Proven experience in community operations, with a track record of successfully managing and scaling community initiatives.
