3. Cost and Process Optimization: Analyze production costs, optimize resource allocation (such as raw materials, equipment, and human resources), promote lean production and automation upgrades, enhance production efficiency and reduce consumption.

Qualifications:

Job requirements include:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (majoring in chemical engineering or related fields), no age limit, and over 10 years of production management experience in fine chemical or petrochemical enterprises.

2. Familiar with production processes and process quality standards, with working experience in Dahan Oil Chemical or in the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) industry.

3. Proficient in production planning, material control, cost management and safety management;
