Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Chairman/General Manager in arranging daily work schedules, including meetings, business activities, and business trips, to ensure that all affairs proceed in an orderly manner.
2. Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and organizing important documents and reports, ensuring their accuracy, standardization, and timeliness.
3. Follow up on various tasks assigned by the Chairman/General Manager, provide timely feedback on progress and results, and coordinate to solve problems that arise during work.
4. Arrange and participate in various meetings, take meeting minutes, and prepare meeting summaries to ensure that meeting resolutions are effectively implemented.
5. Represent the Chairman/General Manager in communicating and coordinating with internal departments, convey important instructions and decisions, and promote collaboration and communication among departments.
6. Maintain good communication and contact with external partners, clients, government agencies, etc., to safeguard the company's good image and business relationships.
7. Assist the Chairman/General Manager in business negotiations, contract signing, and other business activities, providing necessary support and services.
8. Collect industry trends, market information, competitor situations, and other relevant materials, analyze and organize them, and provide information for the Chairman/General Manager.
9. Statistically analyze the company's internal operational data, financial data, etc., promptly identify problems, and propose improvement suggestions.
10. Assist the Chairman/General Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing projects, follow up on project progress, and coordinate to solve problems that arise during the project.
