The project is in the laboratory development stage of product innovation, requiring professionals with extensive experience in polymer development and industrialization.

R&D Focus Areas:
(Prioritized in order of importance)
1. Styrene series resins, including bulk polymerization ABS and MS (methyl methacrylate-styrene)
2. Emulsion polymerization materials, including ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate terpolymer), MBS (methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene), styrene-butadiene latex
3. Grafting modification of polymer materials

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead R&D projects, formulate development plans, organize and implement R&D activities, report progress at various stages, achieve R&D goals, and complete the process package for product development.
2. Develop corresponding R&D plans, conduct laboratory-scale research, pilot, and large-scale production development, achieving product commercialization.
3. Collaborate closely with the production team, assess and certify raw materials, guide product pilot tests, and solve technical issues during industrial production.
4. Effectively organize and manage projects, adjust project priorities as needed, and independently complete assigned tasks.
5. Responsible for drafting and filing patents in the research field.
6. Comply with the company's safety and 6S regulations.

Work Experience Requirements:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in the research and application of polymer materials, including styrene series resins, emulsion polymerization resins, core-shell emulsion polymerization, etc. Experience in independently developing and mass-producing projects is required, as well as familiarity with the entire R&D process. LG employees, whether active or retired, are preferred.
Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in core-shell emulsion polymerization, free radical polymerization, or polycondensation reaction principles and techniques
- Deep understanding of polymer material fundamentals
- Strong project management and leadership skills to lead R&D projects
- Good communication skills to facilitate cross-department collaboration
- Strong writing skills for composing papers, patents, and various reports

Benefit:
