Responsibilities:

1.Fully responsible for the implementation of the daily administrative affairs of the medical team.

2.Responsible for the schedule planning of the medical team's meetings, formulating meeting schedules, clarifying meeting topics, times, participants, agendas, etc., and undertaking the preparation and coordination work for various meetings (such as case discussion meetings, academic seminars, work review meetings, etc.).

3.Responsible for the medical team's travel management, planning travel plans in advance, making reservations (for transportation tickets) and arranging hotel accommodations, and verifying travel details.

4.Responsible for the collection and organization of documents related to the medical team.

5.Assist in drafting various administrative and business-related documents according to the needs of the medical team.

6.Coordinate and handle the business connection between the medical team and internal/external cooperative departments and units, effectively convey information between the two parties, and ensure the smooth progress of work.

7.Serve as the communication interface of the medical team and assist in maintaining relationships at all levels.

Qualifications:

1.A bachelor's degree or above, with a major in medical-related fields (such as Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Medical Management, Health Information Management, Public Health, etc.) being preferred.

2.Foreign friends whose native language is English and who are familiar with the environment in Beijing.

3.Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as organizational skills, be able to coordinate various resources, promote the efficient resolution of administrative affairs, have a strong sense of responsibility, and work rigorously and carefully.
