Chief R & D Consultant / Expert

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the company's medium and long-term research and development planning, provide suggestions, and grasp the technical direction of adhesive product research and development;
2. Cooperate with the company's product strategy, guide the research and development, and quickly develop new products;
3. Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to solve various difficulties and obstacles encountered in the research and development process of the adhesive project;
4. Regular meetings with our research institute.

Qualifications:

1. Rich professional knowledge of adhesive, engaged in research and development in international excellent adhesive companies for more than 25 years, doctoral degree is preferred;
2. Experts with the development experience of polyurethane adhesive, epoxy adhesive and acrylic adhesive are preferred; especially in polyurethane adhesive
3. Honest, responsible, active in work, retired experts are preferred;
4. Ability to accept travel to China, and willing to invest time and energy to guide the work of the Chinese team;
5. Experts with Chinese skills are preferred
