About BeneBaby： BeneBaby International Kindergarten, established in ShenZhen, is a unique and pioneering international education organization, dedicated to offer excellent education service to children from 2-6 years old. BeneBaby International Academy is a play-based educational program following an emergent and targeted curriculum which is co-constructed by children, families, and educators. Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences;
Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
Create an environment of respect and support;
Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
A reliable resource for parents;

Qualifications:

Native English Speaker: English is your first language; Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred;
At least one year teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, culturally responsive pedagogy ……
Enjoy staying with kids;
Energetic, patient, responsible;
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;

Benefit:

Salary: RMB20-30k after tax per month
