Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company’s development direction, formulate the MCN’s phased operation direction, goals, and strategies, etc.

2. Coordinate platform resources and be responsible for developing a distribution matrix on existing mainstream content platforms such as Golden Finance, TikTok (overseas), Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Google Play, CoinTelegraph, CNN, CoinMarketCap, etc. Use operation data analysis to understand the traffic operation mechanisms of each media platform and improve the distribution effects on each platform.

3. Keep an eye on industry trends, analyze competitors’ dynamics in a timely manner, and based on industry analysis, propose and implement corresponding operation strategies to continuously expand the scale and influence of the MCN matrix.

4. Plan online and on-site thematic activities, and support the MCN industry’s influence operation, including PR and hot topic operation.

5. Conduct data statistics and analysis on the MCN operation effects of the platform, and propose and revise corresponding strategies.

6. Be familiar with the content brand advertising needed by corporate clients and government and cultural tourism content, entertainment, events, sports, and other types of projects. Be sensitive to popular content, and be responsible for account content planning, topic selection, traffic operation, monitoring, and researching competitors’ short video operation situations, continuously exploring creative directions for short videos.

7. Be responsible for the introduction, signing, and cultivation of influencers, targeted mining and incubation of ordinary people with the potential to become top influencers, and brokering long-term and stable cooperation between influencers and brands. Establish new cooperation models, management models, and account operation development models for influencers.

8. Be responsible for the signing and introduction of the industry, guilds, and channel suppliers, and for the operation and management of content distribution, channel expansion, account operation, influencer incubation, as well as business negotiation and project implementation.

9. Data analysis report: Use data analysis tools to track the performance of short video content and live broadcast rhythm, regularly generate reports, and optimize content strategies based on data feedback. Use data analysis to explore user preferences and adjust content strategies in a timely manner to create hot and popular video content, and be responsible for account acquisition and retention.

10. Trend monitoring: Continuously pay attention to the latest trends and changes in user preferences in the live broadcast and short video industries, and adjust content directions in a timely manner.

11. Budget control: Be responsible for the budget planning and management of live broadcast and short video content production and promotion, and ensure the maximization of cost-effectiveness.

12. Have excellent business development, business ecosystem construction, data analysis, and service management capabilities for a team of about 15 hosts.


Qualifications:


1. Have a deep understanding of the overall operation model and thinking of MCN institutions and content production, and be familiar with the content and operation mechanisms of various platforms.

2. Have more than 5 years of experience in new media operation management and be familiar with influencer incubation.

3. Have rich experience in successfully operating MCN projects from 0 to 1, with successful project cases, top influencer incubation cases, and experience in successful monetization and profit.

4. Keep an eye on the dynamics and trends of the short video and live broadcast industries, and maintain sensitivity to the live broadcast content market. Have excellent business development, data analysis, and
