Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual General Affairs Coordinator to join our Vietnam campus. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-departmental administration, managing school HR and recruitment processes, and supporting internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administration
Coordinate administrative affairs across all departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Organize and implement key school events, meetings, and ensure proper meeting minutes and follow-up.
Draft and review official documents, reports, and school policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, educational bureaus, and external partners to maintain strong relationships.
Handle guest reception, feedback/complaints, and represent the school in external communications and image building.
2.Human Resources & Recruitment
Develop and implement the annual recruitment plan in line with the school’s strategic growth.
Manage recruitment channels, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and oversee the full hiring process.
Support departments with job analysis, onboarding training, and probation assessments.
Maintain and update staff personnel records; assist with onboarding, off-boarding, and internal transfers.
Participate in the optimization of HR policies to enhance recruitment efficiency and staff engagement.
3. Internal Communication & Team Building
Establish efficient internal communication mechanisms and promote cross-functional collaboration.
Address departmental coordination challenges and improve administrative workflows.
Organize team-building activities to support a positive and inclusive school culture.
4. Other Duties
Manage fixed assets, procurement of supplies, and ensure logistical support for the school.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the school leadership.
