Job Profile:

We are seeking a candidate from native Europe or America to join our company for user research work due to products are primarily used by individuals in European and American countries.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Preference for individuals with a passion for smart toys, and those with prior experience in the toy industry will be given preference.

Ability to analyze user behavior and understand product usage scenarios and target audience, enabling the accurate formulation of usage scenarios for different toys.

Possessing a certain level of empathy to seamlessly communicate with users and delve deeper into their genuine needs.

Effective communication and understanding of research objectives: Ability to communicate effectively with the team and grasp the research objectives. Ensure clear understanding of the research goals and requirements within the team, and translate them into specific research plans and questionnaire designs.

Questionnaire writing: Possessing strong skills in crafting well-structured and meaningful questionnaires. Able to formulate clear and concise questions that gather relevant data and insights from users.

Data organization and analysis: Proficiency in organizing and analyzing user research data. Capable of handling large datasets, applying appropriate analysis techniques, and deriving actionable insights from the collected data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant user research experience and proficiency in English.
