Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with Chinese Principal, Vice Principal and Directors to make sure the English teaching of the whole department run smoothly.
2.Responsible for the overall English teaching arrangement and supervision of the international program.
3.Design or enhance the students’ choice classes and/or other English-related elective classes.
4.Oversee the work of foreign teacher support team member and make sure they fulfill their responsibilities and provide suggestions and help if needed.
5.Conduct staff meetings at the Beijing campus as needed.
6.Conduct meetings of the foreign teacher support team as needed.
7.Conduct new teacher training & orientation meeting at Beijing Campus and foreign teacher support team members of four campuses at Beijing.
8.Provide training at the Wuhan campus and Hainan campus.
9.Conduct two formal observations per year for each teacher in the international department at the Beijing campus.
10.Finish the teacher performance evaluation and bonus assessment for each foreign teacher once per term.
11.Create a school calendar at the beginning of each term for the Beijing campus.
12.Manage the school’s assessment plan to ensure that exams are appropriate and that the testing procedure is implemented correctly and professionally.
13.Create and edit administrative forms, such as the Teacher Evaluation Form and revise the staff handbook as needed.
14.Manage the international teachers WeChat group and send out announcements and answer questions as needed.
Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years elementary teaching is required.
2.Master degree in Education is required.
3.American State Teaching License or PGCE/QTS is required.
4. 3 years leadership experience is preferred
5.Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7.Put the growth of their students and the overall improvement of the school as the number one priority.
8.Expected to have a positive, flexible, and professional attitude. show his or her flexibility and professionalism when school plan changes.
9.Constantly be looking for ways to help their teammates and the administration and to develop and implement improvements to the school’s curriculum.
