Responsibilities:


Responsibility:



1. Spearhead the development of overseas markets by
identifying and establishing partnerships with local distributors and sales
channels



2. Build and maintain a robust overseas channel system,
ensuring effective implementation of cooperation strategies and incentive
programs



3. Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel
clients to foster long-term, stable collaborations



4. Conduct ongoing market research to gather intelligence
on regional trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to headquarters



5. Provide comprehensive sales support to agents,
including assistance in achieving targets, technical training, and promotional support



6. Represent the company at international trade shows and
conduct overseas visits to enhance business development efforts



7. Lead and participate in business negotiations,
contract finalization, and the development of commercial terms


Qualifications:


Qualifications:



1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade,
Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field



2. At least 2 years of experience in overseas channel
development and management



3. Proficiency in English or another language (e.g.,
Arabic, Spanish, French); must be capable of independently engaging in overseas
meetings and negotiations



4. Solid understanding of international trade practices
and strong cross-cultural communication skills



5. Prior experience or existing customer networks in the
new energy charging infrastructure or smart security sectors is highly
preferred



6. Dynamic, resilient, and self-motivated individual with
exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset

1. Monthly salary: CNY 10,000 – 25,000 (commensurate with
experience) + commission
