Position: A-Level Program Director
Location: Shenzhen ;
Report to: School Principal
Salary: Negotiable (Internationally competitive package)
Nationality: Native English-speaking nationalities and Chinese nationality;
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the establishment of A-Level curriculum aligned with UK exam boards (e.g., CAIE/Edexcel/AQA), including syllabus design, resource selection, and assessment frameworks.
2. Develop strategic plans to integrate A-Level with existing American curriculum, creating a unique educational proposition.
3. Recruit, train, and manage A-Level teaching staff, implementing performance evaluation systems and CPD program.
4. Organize cross-disciplinary teaching & evaluation activities to foster innovative pedagogies (e.g., PBL, differentiated instruction).
5. Monitor teaching delivery, track student progress through academic portfolios, and refine college application strategies.
6. Liaise with exam boards for accreditation, exam registration, and results management.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams on enrolment strategies, enhancing program visibility through open days and academic seminars.
8. Build partnerships with parents, exam boards, and overseas universities, organizing international academic exchanges.
