Develop age-appropriate training plans focusing on technique, footwork, coordination, and match play

Foster a positive, disciplined, and motivating learning environment

Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback

Work closely with the club’s coaching team and management

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Competitive tennis playing experience (tournament or collegiate level preferred)

Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

At least 2 years of coaching or related working experience

Experience working with children and young athletes

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Coaching certifications (ITF, PTR, ATP, or equivalent)

Experience in junior player development programs
