Job Details:

Responsibilities:

‌Installation and Commissioning‌: Responsible for completing the installation and commissioning of equipment in accordance with engineering management regulations to meet customer requirements.

‌Pre-Shipment Acceptance (FAT)‌: Assist customers in completing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before equipment shipment.

‌On-Site Troubleshooting‌: Promptly handle equipment failures on-site to ensure normal operation of customer equipment.

‌Training‌: Train customer equipment operators to enhance their daily maintenance, basic fault handling, and operational skills.

‌Customer Follow-Up‌: Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and equipment usage status, and maintain follow-up records.

‌Market Support‌: Collect customer dynamics and competitor information to assist marketing personnel in bidding activities.

‌Ad Hoc Tasks‌: Complete temporary assignments from superiors.


Qualifications:


‌Experience‌: At least 1 year of relevant experience in technical support for electromechanical products.

‌Technical Proficiency‌: Familiar with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of non-standard automated equipment.

‌Soft Skills‌: Excellent verbal communication, coordination, and adaptability skills; strong team management and innovation abilities; high stress tolerance and dedication.

‌Customer Focus‌: High sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, with strong interpersonal skills.

‌Language‌: capable of working in English and Chinese.
