Job Profile:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative (Senior) Designer to join our Shanghai team. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work on projects for some of the world’s most renowned brands, contributing to innovative packaging designs that make a global impact.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative packaging that captures the essence of our products while ensuring functionality and sustainability.

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand product specifications and create effective packaging solutions.

• Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and artwork for packaging, labels, and promotional materials.

• Conduct market research to ensure packaging designs align with industry trends and consumer preferences.

• Oversee production processes, ensuring designs are executed accurately and meet high quality standards.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sourcing teams to manage and prepare artwork and print files for production.

• Create and adjust die-cuts, artworks, and other technical documents to ensure high-quality production.

• Support marketing and sales efforts by designing for our website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, case studies, and exhibition materials.

• Ensure consistency across all Swedbrand visuals, from corporate identity materials to office design.

• Occasionally contribute to client meetings, offering creative insights and fresh ideas.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and how they translate to finished products

• Ability to create new structures/Designs from scratch

• Basic knowledge of color theory

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience in the packaging industry

• 3D modeling skills

• Wordpress or video editing experience
