Responsibilities:

1.1 Market Analysis
Focus on strategic critical minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel and rare earths, and dynamically track core indicators including international spot/futures prices, output of major producing areas and global inventory levels to ensure the real-time nature and accuracy of such data. Meanwhile, closely follow the latest technological development trends of leading global critical minerals enterprises and major countries in terms of the exploitation and utilization of critical minerals, and assess the impact of the implementation of new technologies on the layout of the existing critical minerals industrial chain.
1.2 Risk Analysis
Track policy changes related to mineral development, import and export controls, environmental protection standards and other regulations in global resource-rich countries as well as major economies such as the United States and the European Union, and monitor adjustments to the global governance rules for critical minerals. Evaluate the impact of such policy and regulatory changes on the layout of the existing global industrial chain.
1.3 External Network Development
Establish regular communication channels with governments, leading enterprises and industry associations of global resource-rich countries and major global stakeholders (the US, the EU, etc.), and continuously maintain good relations with them. When clients encounter practical problems, proactively coordinate internal and external resources to solve their difficulties and ensure that projects meet the clients' requirements and achieve the set goals.
Qualifications:
2. Job Requirements
2.1 Professional Background
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of working experience in the field of global critical mineral resources consulting, critical minerals industrial development, mineral project management, cross-border mineral trade or other related sectors. Familiar with the global distribution of critical minerals, exploration and development technologies, and the upstream and downstream structure of the industrial chain.
2.2 Language Proficiency
Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills, with proficiency in English, Spanish, Portuguese or other foreign languages.
2.3 Communication Skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of establishing good cooperative relations with local governments, enterprises, industry associations and other stakeholders, and obtaining accurate market information.
2.4 Analytical Abilities
Outstanding logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, able to extract key information from complex market data and form clear and accurate research conclusions and recommendations.
2.5 Professional Dedication
High sense of responsibility and professionalism, capable of completing work tasks independently, and with good team spirit.
2.6 Confidentiality Awareness
Strong confidentiality awareness; no disclosure of the company's cooperation projects to third parties, and no provision of achievements generated from the company's cooperation to external parties.
2.7 Preferred Qualifications
Possess extensive network resources in mineral administrative departments of governments, industry associations and cross-border trading platforms in critical mineral resource-rich countries and major developing countries. Demonstrate efficient resource matching, business negotiation and cross-cultural communication and coordination capabilities.
