Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Manage day-to-day employee life-cycle processes, including on-boarding, probation confirmation, job transfers, off-boarding, contract administration, and personnel file management.

2.Assist in driving corporate culture projects and organizing internal engagement activities.

3.Support the planning and execution of training programs, including communications, on-site coordination, and feedback analysis.

4.Provide operational support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

5.Build strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

6.Undertake other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline, with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR.

2.Previous HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

3.Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and collaborative mindset.

4.Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

5.Fluent in English; additional language skills will be a plus.
