Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for fault diagnosis, repair, and quality inspection of medical endoscopy products;

2. Participate in daily workshop operations, including maintenance record keeping and spare parts management;

3. Visit end customers and attend exhibitions to carry out product installation, commissioning, user training, and maintenance guidance;

4. Maintain communication with the technical team to assist in technical issue feedback and product optimization;

5. Provide after-sales technical support and participate in technical exchanges and support activities in the local market.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in repairing medical endoscopy systems or related medical equipment;

2. Proficient in English, capable of daily communication and technical discussion;

3. Familiar with common electrical circuits, mechanical structures, and the use of maintenance tools;

4. Strong customer service awareness and communication skills;

5. Willing and able to travel for short-term assignments.
