Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Core Positioning: Responsible solely for overseas buyer development and customer relationship maintenance. Domestic factory selection, procurement execution, quality control, and logistics are undertaken by the company's procurement team. This position serves as a bridge for demand connection between overseas clients and the domestic team.

1、Targeted Overseas Client Development

Leverage native language and cultural advantages to develop target clients (including global small and medium wholesalers, retailers, and corporate procurement departments) through channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, industry exhibitions, and foreign trade B2B platforms. Proactively reach potential clients, promote the company's core services of "procurement agency + factory connection", and explore clients' procurement needs (product category, specifications, budget, MOQ, delivery requirements).

2、Client Demand Connection & Communication

Act as the exclusive contact person for overseas clients, communicate in both native language and Chinese, accurately convey client needs to the company's procurement team, and assist the team in factory matching, quoting, and sample preparation. Timely feedback factory quotes, sample progress, and production schedules to clients, answer questions about procurement processes and risk protection, and promote the conversion of cooperation intentions.

3、Order Follow-Up & Payment Collection Assistance

Assist the company in signing procurement service agreements with clients, follow up on client advance payment and commission payment schedules to ensure timely receipt of funds. During order execution, synchronize production and inspection progress to clients, coordinate and resolve non-technical issues raised by clients (such as logistics inquiries and document reissuance), and no need to participate in domestic procurement operations.

4、Customer Maintenance & Repeat Order Promotion

Regularly follow up with cooperative clients to establish long-term trust relationships, proactively inquire about new procurement needs, and promote repeat orders from old clients. Handle simple after-sales inquiries from clients; transfer complex issues (such as quality disputes) to the procurement team and assist in communication and coordination.

5、Market Information Collection & Feedback

Collect information on procurement market trends, popular product categories, and competitor service prices in the country/region, form monthly reports and submit to the company to provide references for the procurement team to adjust product selection directions. Feedback overseas clients' opinions and suggestions on the company's services, and assist in optimizing the client connection process.

6、 Social Media Promotion Assistance

Assist the company in operating overseas TikTok accounts, participate in the recording of oral short videos (recommending services from the perspective of overseas buyers), and enhance the credibility and attractiveness of account content.


Qualifications:

1、Identity & Qualification Requirements

Non-Chinese nationality, native speakers of mainstream foreign trade languages such as English, Spanish, French, and Arabic are preferred. Able to cooperate with the company to apply for "Work Permit for Foreigners in China" and "Residence Permit for Work Purposes", or already hold valid work documents in China. Priority is given to talents meeting Class B or above of China's "Classification Standards for Foreigners Working in China".

2、Language Proficiency Requirements

Fluent in native language (both spoken and written). Chinese proficiency reaches daily communication level (HSK Level 4 or above is preferred), able to connect with the domestic procurement team without barriers. Possess business negotiation skills, able to accurately understand clients' pain points and clearly convey the company's service value.

3、 Experience & Skill Requirements

1-3 years of experience in cross-border B2B client development or foreign trade sales is preferred, familiar with the procurement habits and decision-making processes of overseas small and medium buyers. Good at customer acquisition through social media platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn, or have experience in developing clients through overseas industry exhibitions. Possess basic customer file management capabilities, proficient in using tools such as Excel, Lark, or DingTalk to record customer information and follow up progress.

4、Soft Skill Requirements

Goal-oriented, with strong willingness to develop clients and pressure resistance, able to independently complete the entire process of client development and follow-up. Possess good collaboration awareness, able to efficiently connect with the domestic procurement team and promote information synchronization. Adapt to flexible working hours, able to communicate in line with overseas clients' time zones (such as replying to client messages in the evening). Have a basic understanding of China's manufacturing industry and cross-border procurement processes, and be willing to deeply understand industry rules.


Benefit:

1、Salary Structure

Basic salary (RMB 8,000-12,000/month, graded by language proficiency and experience) + Client transaction commission + Monthly performance bonus.

- Commission Rules: 6%-8% of the procurement service fee generated by the clients developed by the employee (tiered: 6% for monthly service fee < RMB 10,000, 7% for RMB 10,000-30,000, 8% for ≥ RMB 30,000). Applicable only to clients developed by the employee; repeat orders from old clients also enjoy commission (repeat order commission reduced by 1%).

- Performance Bonus: RMB 1,000-2,000 additional reward for developing ≥5 valid clients / completing ≥2 orders per month.
