Job Profile:

Curv Group is looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our team in China. This role is critical in ensuring that all manufactured products consistently meet our quality benchmarks—including AQL standards and specific client requirements related to size, shape, design, and functionality.

You’ll be our eyes on the ground, making sure nothing subpar reaches our clients. If you're someone who spots imperfections others overlook and takes pride in upholding the highest standards, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Inspect products during and after production to verify they meet design specs, AQL levels, and client-specific quality requirements.

Flag and address defects, inconsistencies, or design deviations before they escalate.

Collaborate with production teams to correct root causes and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of quality inspections and outcomes.

Qualifications:

What we’re looking for:

Solid background in quality control, ideally in consumer products or a manufacturing setting.

Deep understanding of AQL and general QC inspection processes.

Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to speak up when something isn’t right.

Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and own the inspection process from start to finish.

Language: Strong English skills required—must be able to report professionally and communicate across teams.

Preferred: We’re seeking experienced professionals who can work independently and uphold standards without micromanagement. This is not a junior or entry-level role.
