Beijing Sino-Global Education Technology Center, established in 2007 and then joined Sino-US International Education Foundation (Shenzhen Sino-Global Education Development Foundation), is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing Chinese students for American high school and college education. SGEF, formally registered by the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs, directly supervised by the Ministry of Education, was established in 2009.
The objective of the foundation is to provide solutions and services to increase the opportunities for Chinese students to receive higher education in developed countries around the world. These services include introducing advanced educational research, theory, methods, and curriculum from abroad. Through cooperation with prestigious foreign high schools, SGEF provides international education services and solutions for key high schools in China, which is called the Sino-US High School Dual Diploma program.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified native English-speaking teacher to join our International Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to high school students and fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence and holistic personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching & Curriculum: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to the needs of students in an international curriculum context, and assist in preparing students for standardized tests as needed.
• Student Development: Monitor, assess, and report on students’ academic progress. Provide individualized support to help each student fully realize their potential in both academic and non-academic skills.
• Administration & Collaboration: Maintain accurate and timely records of student grades using the designated online system. Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings and work closely with the Program Director to achieve shared teaching goals.
• Campus Community Involvement: Participate in and contribute to school extracurricular activities, such as English corners, speech contests, or cultural festivals, to enrich the students’ learning experience.

Working Hours:
• 5 working days per week.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native English speaker.
• Possession of a 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate.
• At least two years of teaching experience is preferred.
