Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate online with players from French-speaking areas.

2. Manage game forums, email communication, and solve related problems.

3. Properly and promptly handle player complaints to effectively resolve player dissatisfaction.

4. Understand player needs and record their feedback.

5. Actively participate in process and business improvement efforts, and provide reasonable suggestions.

6. Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent or Native speaker of French

2. Fluent or Native level of Chinese (HSK5 minimum)

3. Deep understanding of the French culture.

4. Passionate about video games and rich experience playing video games.

5. Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit.

6. Able to multitask, diligent and responsible.
