1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resource management, recruitment, and related fields;

2. Proficient in various recruitment channels in various African countries, familiar with systematic recruitment processes, able to effectively manage the interview process and make reasonable hiring decisions;

3. Familiar with various recruitment, selection, and talent evaluation methods, proficient in using various interview techniques, and exploring candidates through multiple channels;

4. Proficiently grasp the mapping of the talent market in the industry, as well as the deep exploration and maintenance of talents;

5. Remote recruitment experience is preferred;

6. Good English reading and writing skills, basic English listening, reading and writing skills.
