Responsibilities:
"1. 制定 Maygrove 多平台社媒(Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Pinterest等)内容策略和日历,精准传递品牌理念
Develop multi-platform social media strategy (FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube/Pinterest) for Maygrove, creating annually and monthly content calendars"
"2. 策划并执行新品上市Campaign、季节性营销活动(如种植季/IP联名),主导品牌创意内容生产
Execute daily content operations (graphics/short videos/live streams) to build engaged gardening communities, driving brand awareness, follower growth and engagement rate"
"3. 独立运营社媒账号日常内容(图文/短视频/直播),提升品牌曝光度、粉丝增长率及互动率;监测社媒数据表现并优化相应内容策略
Lead end-to-end campaign execution for product launches & seasonal promotions, including creative ideation and KOL partnerships; Optimize contents through ROI analysis. "
"4. 联动产品、视觉设计、视频团队及海外KOL资源,确保内容产出符合欧美用户审美与文化偏好
Collaborate with product, design, video teams & global creators to ensure content resonates with western aesthetics and cultural nuances. "
Qualifications:
