Yucheng Cosmetics Factory is located in the beautiful Foshan Nanhai National Ecological Industrial Demonstration Park. The factory features an elegant environment and houses a Grade A 100,000-level GMPC standard dust-free purification workshop. Equipped with advanced imported machinery from Germany and Japan, we ensure premium product manufacturing. Our fully enclosed production workshops are fitted with a 100,000-level air purification system and disinfection systems. The filling equipment utilizes pneumatic controls, and we maintain a Grade 10,000 ultra-purification sterile testing laboratory.



With over 10,000 mature formulas across all series and more than ten production lines, we can accommodate various production volume requirements, ensuring high production efficiency.



Yucheng possesses a powerful R&D team and comprehensive research facilities. Job Details:

Responsibilities:

I. Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the business team to ensure rapid team development.



Develop and execute the team's business development and client management strategies.



Monitor market dynamics and adjust business strategies to adapt to market changes.



Lead the team to achieve sales targets and business growth.



Organize and participate in team-building activities to enhance team cohesion and professional capabilities.


Qualifications:


II. Job Requirements



College degree or above, with strong English communication skills and the ability to use English proficiently for business communication.



Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.



Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.



Keen insight into market changes and the ability to adjust business strategies flexibly.



At least 3 years of foreign trade experience in the cosmetics industry; management experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred.
