JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a marketing professional, specialized in digital marketing channels. Your main focus will be developing and executing online marketing campaigns.

This role requires a general understanding of digital marketing, strong content and analytical skills, good project management & organizational skills, and great interest in being part of a young, dynamic company with consistent year-over-year growth. The possibility of promotions and a career path exist for team members that are committed to bringing value to the company and themselves.

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

● Developing and implementing a market entry plan.

● Developing and executing multichannel online marketing campaigns: CRM, email (EDM) and social media channels focused on customer acquisition and remarketing.

● Creating high quality written and visual branded assets for CRM, social media and performance ads.

● Developing lead generation strategies to grow customer base and build audience.

● Performing market research and implement solutions for reaching KPIs and marketing goals.

● Active participation in various ongoing marketing projects including brand launches, product range rebranding, launching of new marketing channels, website developments, etc.

Qualifications:

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

● Minimum of 1-year relevant marketing experience

● Fluent in English with strong writing and grammar skills

● Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving

● Basic project management skills

● Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Performance Ads platforms is a plus

● Basic WordPress knowledge and SEO understanding is a plus
