It aims to jointly promote the development of joint innovation and make positive contributions to China's economic and social development.

In 2022, the SUNHUB Joint Innovation Platform officially joined the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). This marks that the platform has been included in the list of qualified suppliers in the UN procurement system and has become a UN global procurement supplier. In the future, it will have access to the international supplier database and explore diversified international markets.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1、Conduct in-depth research on the financial policies, industry trends, and business environments of international target markets. Develop international business cooperation and expansion plans aligned with the company’s strategy, and identify potential cooperation opportunities.

2、Leverage financial operation experience to provide professional support for the company’s international business, including financial planning, investment and financing analysis, and risk management. Optimize capital allocation and cost control for business operations.

3、Responsible for the development and maintenance of international business partners, including financial institutions and corporate clients in the financial sector. Establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and drive the implementation of business cooperation projects.

4、Design international business expansion plans based on the company’s operating status and resource advantages. Coordinate resources across internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of business expansion projects, and enhance the company’s share and influence in the international market.

5、Regularly analyze international business data, evaluate the effectiveness of business expansion, and adjust strategies in a timely manner. Provide decision-making support for the company’s senior management to help achieve the company’s international strategic goals.


Qualifications:

1、Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors such as International Business, Finance, and Economic Management.

2、Work Experience:

① Company Operation Experience: At least 2 years of experience in company operation and management. Familiar with the full-process operation management of enterprises, including but not limited to formulating operation strategies, optimizing business processes, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration. Having led or participated in projects to improve enterprise operation efficiency, with significant achievements in reducing operation costs or improving operation efficiency. Familiar with enterprise organizational structure establishment and team management, and possess the ability to analyze operation data to drive operation decisions through data.

② International Business Development Experience: 3-5 years of experience in international business development. Have successful cases of promoting the implementation of at least 3 international cooperation projects. Familiar with the full-process business development links such as international market research, target customer development, business negotiation, and contract signing. Having led the formulation and implementation of market entry strategies in different countries or regions, effectively enhancing the company’s brand awareness and market share in target markets. Possess the ability to handle international business disputes and cultural differences.

③ Financial Operation Experience: Rich experience in financial operations. Familiar with international financial market rules and products, and able to independently complete the financial planning of international business, including capital budget and cash flow management. Proficient in investment and financing analysis, having led or participated in at least 2 international investment and financing projects, and familiar with project valuation, risk assessment and other links. Possess good risk management capabilities and able to formulate effective risk avoidance and response plans for international business.

④ Regional Scope: Priority is given to candidates with financial operation experience in the Middle East, followed by Europe, then North America, and finally other regions. Familiar with local financial regulatory policies, capital market operation models, and financial institution cooperation processes.

3、Competencies: Proficient in English, with excellent business English communication skills. Able to proficiently use English for business negotiations, contract drafting and other work. Proficiency in languages commonly used in the Middle East and Europe such as Arabic, French, and Spanish is preferred.

4、Possess excellent market analysis, business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, and be able to keenly capture market business opportunities.

5、Have good project management capabilities, able to effectively coordinate resources of all parties to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of business expansion projects.

6、Familiar with international financial regulations and trade rules, and possess strong risk prevention awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
