Office located in Canton Fair Tower A, Guangzhou, China, with convenient transportation and an international, pleasant working environment.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage inspection schedules across South Asia.

2. Review and analyze daily trip expense reports for the team.

3. Assist in analyzing and optimizing workforce allocation in line with business growth in the region.

4. Assist in communications with partner manufacturers as needed.

5. Support the Administration and Accounting departments with annual reviews and tax filings for the branch.

6. Execute daily recruitment activities to meet annual hiring targets, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of staffing needs.

7. Promote the company’s inspection services to overseas clients sourcing across South Asia.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; preference for Human Resources Management or related majors.

2. Native of India; fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

3. Work experience in China or with Chinese companies is preferred.

4. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills.

5. Self-motivated, able to work effectively under pressure, and highly organized.
