Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and opening new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored product/service solutions.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

4. Product Expertise:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services to effectively address client inquiries and objections.

- Conduct product demonstrations/presentations to showcase value propositions.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

- Track sales activities, client interactions, and deals in ERP systems (e.g.,Kingdee/K3 or UFIDA/U8).

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

6. Negotiation & Closing:

- Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreements to secure deals.

- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to account management or support teams.

7. Professional Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and company policies through training.


Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to be away on official business as needed.
