Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with academic,personal,andsocial-emotional issues.

Develop and implement programs that promote mental health awareness,stress management,and resilience.

Foster a safe,inclusive,and supportive environment where students feel comfortablediscussing their challenges and emotions.

·Work closely with teachers and parents to identify students in need of additional support and

create action plans to ensure their well-being.

Encourage students to develop self-awareness,empathy,and positive social skills.

Facilitate programs on conflict resolution,bullying prevention,and emotional regulation.

Participate in child protection training and ensure students'emotional and physical safety.

Collaborate with faculty and administration to promote a positive school climate.


Qualifications:


-Master's degree in Counseling.Psychology,or a related field.

-Previous experience in school counseling or a related area.

-Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to student well-being.

-Ability to work collaboratively with students,staff,and parents.

-Strong understanding of social-emotional development and mental health strategies.
