Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Consultant will include, but not be limited to:
1. Providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of legal issues, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property law, and international trade law;
2. Conducting legal research and analysis on legal trends, regulatory changes, and their potential impact on clients' businesses;
3. Assisting clients in developing and implementing effective legal strategies to navigate complex legal environments;
4. Identifying potential legal risks and opportunities for clients in different regions and industries;
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry experts, and other influential individuals;
6. Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to clients on key legal findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a lawyer, in a judicial institution, or as a professional researcher in the field of legal affairs;
2. A strong academic background in law, preferably with a focus on corporate law, intellectual property law, or international trade law;
3. Proven experience in solving complex legal problems for businesses in an international context;
4. Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills;
5. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.
