Job Details:

Responsibilities:


1.Cross-Cultural Communication Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between Chinese and foreign business teams, resolving language barriers and cultural differences to ensure smooth and accurate business communication.



2.Market and Client Research

Conduct in-depth research on target markets and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, supporting the company’s market positioning and business strategy.



3.Client Relationship Management

Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular communication and feedback collection, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.



4.Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and partners, expanding the company’s client base and market presence in the metallurgical and mining EPC sector.



5.Preparation for Business Negotiations

Assist in preparing for business negotiations by gathering and organizing relevant information and materials, providing language and content support to facilitate successful outcomes.



6.Other Duties as Assigned

Perform additional tasks as required by leadership to support the company’s operations and strategic goals.
