PSA Principal Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. 深入掌握PSM体系，为化工客户提供全面的过程安全管理（PSM）咨询服务

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and provide professional PSM consulting services to chemical industry clients

2. 提供专业的过程安全分析服务，包括但不限于：

• HAZOP分析、SIL分析、LOPA、HAZID、Bow-ties、SCE & PS、Safety Case、SIMOPs等

• Deliver comprehensive process safety analysis (PSA) services including HAZOP analysis, SIL analysis, LOPA, HAZID, Bow-ties, SCE & PS, Safety Case, and SIMOPs

3. 编制高质量的技术方案和标书

• Prepare and develop technical proposals and tender documents

专业经验 / Professional Experience

• 10年及以上相关行业工作经验，包括：

• 油气、石化、化工等行业的运营管理经验，或化工工程设计与安全分析经验

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or chemical industry operations, engineering design, or safety analysis

• 丰富的PSA主持经验，熟练掌握：

• HAZOP、SIL、LOPA、HAZID、Bow-ties、SCE & PS、Safety Case、SIMOPs等分析方法

• Extensive hands-on experience leading HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, HAZID, Bow-ties, SCE & PS, Safety Case, and SIMOPs analyses

• 大型国际油气公司项目经历，如：

• 沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)、壳牌(Shell)、卡塔尔能源(Qatar Energy)、阿布扎比国家石油公司(ADNOC)、道达尔能源(TotalEnergies)、埃尼集团(ENI)等

• Proven project experience with major international oil & gas companies such as Saudi Aramco, Shell, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, TotalEnergies, ENI, etc.

教育与语言 / Education & Language Skills

• 学历：本科及以上学位

• Bachelor's degree or above

• 英语能力：

• 英文听、说、读、写能力强

• 能够独立主持英文安全分析会议

• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to lead safety analysis meetings in English

• 中文能力（加分项）：

• 具备中文沟通能力者优先考虑

• Chinese language proficiency is a plus
