Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in key international regions.

- Prospect and close new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients worldwide.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and compliance.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting international trade.

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (domestic & international travel required).

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, IT, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or export management

- Background in healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or software sales is a strong plus but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of global trade practices (Incoterms, export compliance, etc.).

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (fluency in English required; additional languages a plus).

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

- Willingness to travel internationally (10–30%, depending on region).

- Fluent English is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
