Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls with members aged 65+, addressing queries on medical procedures, copays, and plan benefits

- Provide empathetic support to members dealing with fatal diseases, chronic conditions, or bereavement

- Promote healthcare events, such as colonoscopies and flu shots

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of customer service experience

- SPM and above education

- Fluency in Mandarin

Skills Required:

- Patience and empathy

- Proficiency in computer-based customer interactions and multitasking

- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
