Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop relationships with distributors and retail partners in Spanish-speaking regions.

2. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion to meet sales targets.

3. Serve as the primary contact for accounts — managing inquiries, quotations, orders, and promotional support.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management.

5. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

6. Participate in trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events as needed.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Fluent in Spanish (native level preferred) and proficient in English, both spoken and written.

3. 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B experience preferred, adult industry experience preferred).

4. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
