Job Profile:

We are now seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and reliable intern to support our international business development and CRM activities - helping us generate leads, manage data, and contribute to our online communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Generation

o Research and identify potential leads using professional online platforms and company databases.

o Assist in maintaining contact lists and tracking engagement in our CRM.

o Maintain accurate lead tracking and engagement records.

CRM Support

o Enter and update client and lead data in our CRM system (Odoo CRM).

o Ensure accuracy and consistency of client information.

o Support the sales and marketing team with CRM reports and updates.

Content & Marketing Support

o Support in creating and scheduling posts for international professional platforms and company pages (text, visuals, and videos).

o Assist in writing engaging short-form content aligned with our brand tone.

o Monitor post-performance and engagement metrics.


Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

o Fluent in English (written and spoken).

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

o Reliable, proactive, and a quick learner.

o Curious, flexible, and comfortable with new digital tools.

o Experience with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, or company databases).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

o Experience using CRM systems (especially Odoo CRM).

o Interest or experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

o Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, or similar).

o Excel or data analysis skills.

o Understanding of international communication or marketing trends.
