Qualifications:

1. A master's degree or above in a related field, with a major in humanities such as history, psychology, or drama. At least 3 years of relevant

teaching experience, with AP teaching experience preferred.

2. Proof of work qualification: (TEFL/TESOL, CELTA, TEFL IN CHINA) or recommendation letters for 2 years of relevant work experience.

3. English as a working language.

4. Understanding and ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Passion for education, love for students, optimism, initiative, responsibility, and charisma. 7. Ability to develop, design, and achieve teaching goals.

8. Proficiency in technology related to teaching and the ability to provide rich and high-quality extracurricular activities.
