Job Responsibilities

1. Produce high-quality research reports and policy analyses on U.S.-China interactions and policies in political, economic, security, and technological domains.

2. Tracking developments and emerging issues in U.S.-China relations (e.g., diplomatic policies, trade disputes, technology competition) and provide forward-looking insights.

3. Participate in virtual academic discussions, assist in designing research projects, and propose actionable policy recommendations.

4. Perform other research-related tasks as required by the organization.


Qualifications:

Qualifications

1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in international relations, political science, economics, regional studies, or related fields; Ph.D. or postdoctoral experience preferred.

2. Experience:Minimum 3 years of research experience in U.S.-China relations or international relations. Prior work in government agencies, think tanks, academia, or international organizations is a plus.

3. Core Competencies:

- Solid theoretical foundation in U.S.-China relations, with familiarity in policy frameworks and historical contexts of both nations.

- Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) writing and communication skills (must submit samples of past research reports or publications).

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and office software; ability to conduct independent research.

4. Professionalism:Strong awareness of global political trends, responsiveness to emerging issues, and teamwork spirit.



Preferred Qualifications

- Publication of U.S.-China relations research in peer-reviewed journals.

- Experience in government policy consultation or think tank report drafting.

- Interdisciplinary background (e.g., international law, technology policy, military security).
