Job Profile:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to CRM initiatives and analysis. 

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of CRM and data analysis, and possesses excellent attention to detail, and has some experience in copywriting.

● Conduct competitor research and analyze customer behaviors.

● Provide analytics support to the digital marketing team to drive insights and improvements.

● Implement, and monitor email, apps and other CRM related marketing initiatives.

● Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.

● Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

● Create and manage automated email workflows based on customer journeys.

● Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:


Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design or a related field.

● Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.

● Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.

● Having at least 1 year of e-mail marketing experience preferred.
