LYBS was founded in 1992 in Minhang district that covers Primary School, Middle School and High School, serving nearly 3000 full-time students aged from 6 to 18 every year.

We are an IB authorized school from Primary School to High School, And has successfully helped nearly 1000 students enter the world's top 100 universities.

Shanghai X.L.X kindergarten was established in 2002, we are private kindergarten and formally authorized by IBO.

We combined National foundation courses and IB courses to develop into X.L.X featured curriculum.

Job Description:

1.Teach class appropriate material for kindergarten aged students in line with the IB curriculum under the guidance of the academic management team.

2.Plan, evaluate, and execute lessons whilst maintaining the learning environment.

3.Prepare, administer, and grade tests/checks, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom discipline.

4.Introduce children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies.

5.Promote healthy habits.

6.Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills.

7.Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as necessary.

8.Participate in school events and admissions work.

9.Attend internal and external training workshops.

10.Maintain good communication and relations with your students’ parents.

11.Utilize various curriculum resources.

12.Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.

13.Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic

14.Tutor students on an individual basis.

15.Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

1. Must be native English Speaker;

2. Bachelor’s degree or above;

3. Related teaching certificates holder;

4. Be familiar with IB and inquiry teaching;

5. Patient, easy-going, strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit;
