Job description:

1. Be familiar with various production materials in the panel/solid wood furniture or exhibition industry; proficient in production processes, product structures, and quality standards; master production equipment and processing performance.

1.1 Has basic CAD education and can use CAD to do the drawing

1.2 Has CNC machine knowledge, can use it for programming and processing

1.3 Rich experience in the wood surface treatment knowledge, such as painting, wax, etc.

1.4 Storage management knowledge and experience

1.5 Wood teaching license

1.6 Wood master certificate

1.7 Wood technical certificate

1.8 Wood engineering certificate

1.9 Understanding of multiculture, the spirit of openness and adventure to new environment

2. Formulate and implement production and operation goals and plans; overall arrange production operations, coordinate the work of various departments, and ensure the timely completion of production plans.

3. Strengthen cost and quality control, break through production management bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

4. Establish and optimize production processes, enhance team work efficiency, and ensure production safety.

5. Responsible for the construction and management of the factory team; formulate and improve management systems and processes.

6. Analyze production data and provide effective suggestions and support for the factory's operational decisions.

7. Could understand the production drawing well, give good suggestion to technical department for optimizing the production.

Qualifications:

Job requirement:

1. Proficiency in English or German, which can be used as a working language.

2. More than 10 years of production management experience in the furniture or exhibition manufacturing industry, with expertise in solid wood/panel furniture.

3. Possess cost control and crisis management capabilities; have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and pressure resistance.
