Karst Climber is an established Outdoor Education provider based in Yangshuo, China - the hotspot for outdoor adventure & education.

We provide tailored adventure and educational programs, from design to the facilitation.

Our programs run mainland China and we are working with international school students from China and South-East Asian countries as well as Chinese young groups for summer camps. The participants’ ages range 8 - 16 year olds.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a creative , motivated and highly people skilled new team member.

He/she will liaise with our current clients and explore new potential clients in China, Hong Kong and South-East Asia, increasing our sales revenue.

- Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

- Contract length :1 year, with possibility of renewal

- Office and field based work (Office work based in Yangshuo , Guangxi province, Sales & field work - China travel required)

-Extended hours, overnights, weekends and holidays might be required.

-manage our customer relationships

-create marketing strategies and content (media and traditional)

-work with program coordinator to create/ adjust suitable products

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

- min 2 years sales and/or marketing work experience

- hight computer proficiency skills ( word, excel, ppt, pages, numbers, etc)

- excellent written and spoken English

- an understanding of Outdoor and Adventure Education and/or education in general and/or organised travel groups

Ideal Requirements:

- international work experience

- loves being outdoors or has outdoor adventure/ guiding/ education experience

- previous Outdoor Education work experience is an advantage

- graphic design skills highly desirable

1.Salary: 4000¥/month for the first year + great sales commission (10 %- 15 %)
