Job Profile:

Responsible for the research, development, and industrialization of the company's flow battery energy storage technology. Lead the R&D team in key technology breakthroughs, product design optimization, and industry-university-research collaboration projects, supporting the company's strategic positioning and technological leadership in the field of new energy storage.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Lead the R&D of flow battery energy storage systems, including stack design, electrolyte optimization, system integration, and performance testing.

Spearhead industry-university-research collaboration projects in energy storage with institutions such as Zhejiang University and Wuhan University.

Build and develop the energy storage R&D team, and formulate technology roadmaps and R&D plans.

Participate in the scientific research management and commercialization of results within the company’s provincial-level R&D platforms (e.g., Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Workstation).

Support the technical adaptation and innovative application of the company’s existing cooling system products in energy storage scenarios.

Monitor trends in energy storage policies, technologies, and markets to provide technical support for product iteration and strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

1.Candidates shall not have resided in China for more than one year prior to the application date.
2.A doctoral degree in a relevant field (Electrochemistry, Energy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.) already obtained, or nearing completion with degree certification achievable prior to employment.
3.Solid theoretical foundation and strong research capabilities, with a clear research focus in the relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of high-impact publications, core patent applications, or experience in key research projects.
4.Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and translate research projects into practical outcomes, along with strong innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork orientation.
5.Willingness to pursue career development in China, with excellent communication skills and adaptability to cross-cultural collaboration.


Benefit:

Annual salary of €550,000 - €800,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, program tier, and employing institution.
